This week, the Church of Pentecost Women's Ministry is setting out to improve our wellness. The current events have changed our lifestyle in different ways and caused stress for a lot of people. We are making a commitment to ourselves to establish healthy habits to the glory of God! We are happy to hear that you are up for the challenge!
This week (June 15th - June 19th), we are starting with self care. That is, taking time to reflect on your spiritual, physical and mental needs, and implementing strategies into your daily routine that will help you connect with God, reduce stress, and improve your wellness.
